Description

You Are:

A dedicated, team-oriented Escrow Officer with an existing (and strong!) book of business. You enjoy working closely with buyers and sellers to providing an excellent escrow experience. Ready to join an industry leader, with excellent culture, cutting edge technology, and the marketing support you need to succeed.

Your Location:
  • Temecula, CA
  • You must be In-Person in the Temecula area for this role
Your Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm
  • After Hours: Networking Events or Meeting Candidates

Your Contribution to Foundation Escrow:

  • Coordinate - work with all parties to collect required docs
  • Escrow Account - hold funds until all conditions are met
  • Closing Documents - prep and oversee signing
  • Disburse Funds - at the appropriate time to the appopriate parties
  • Transfer of Ownership - record deed and other docs with gov't to finalize transfer of ownership

Foundation Escrow's Contribution to You:

  • Salary: $84k-$120k/yr
