Position Overview Join the
Early Intervention (EI) team at Key Autism Services in Massachusetts as a
Behavior Technician (BT!) We're looking for caring professionals who are passionate about helping young children reach developmental milestones through high-quality ABA therapy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in morning hours and enjoys working closely with infants and toddlers in their natural settings.
For RBTs providing in-home sessions you are never working in isolation - our model centers on consistent clinical support from your supervising BCBA and our broader clinical team. You will receive
weekly supervision, along with regular connection and check-ins to ensure sessions are going well between supervision visits. This ongoing support helps RBTs feel supported while maintaining high-quality care in the home.

Behavior Technician (BT) will:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children ages 5 and under in home-based or community settings
- Implement developmentally appropriate teaching strategies through play and natural routines
- Accurately collect and document data on goals and behaviors
- Support families and collaborate with caregivers to generalize skills
- Ensure therapy sessions are engaging, child-focused, and developmentally sensitive
- Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA
- Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care

RBT Requirements: - Active RBT certification or within 30 days of obtaining
- Minimum 3 months' experience in ABA
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or minimum of 60 college credits
- Passion for working with young children and families
- Able to lift 30 lbs and actively participate in play-based sessions
- Dependable, collaborative, and eager to learn
