What We’re Looking For
We value professionals who are curious, accountable, and committed to improving how we deliver work.
  • Minimum 3 years of US architectural project experience with experience in mid-rise wood construction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Self-driven – you don’t wait to be asked.
  • Accountable – you own your decisions and your work.
  • A Clear Communicator – you can explain issues and solutions.
  • Growth-Oriented – you want feedback and use it.
  • Proactive with a proven ability to solve issues - not create them.

What You’ll Do
  • Produce and coordinate high-quality Construction Documents in Revit.
  • Think critically, not just draft — identify conflicts, risks, and opportunities.
  • Spot issues before they become RFIs or redlines.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and consultants.
  • Make informed decisions and take initiatives.
  • Help improve how we document, coordinate, and deliver work.
  • Set goals and actively work toward your next career step.
Physical Requirements: Office based role with occasional site visits.
