Key Responsibilities
Improve and implement processes for efficiency in placing and tracking business
Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding case activity, design, underwriting, and sales strategies
Provide proactive customer service and support service initiatives to enhance channel performance
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent GED
Three years of experience in sales, underwriting, case design, and / or case management processing
Proficient in a Windows environment with excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
Knowledgeable in case design, underwriting, case management, and advanced sales
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
