Position Description
You will serve as the E-2 Software Support Activity (SSA) Pt Mugu Team Lead in the Mission Planning and Off-Board Mission Systems Division, Spectrum Warfare Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Position Duties / Responsibilities
- You will direct a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of software engineers, developers, and testers to achieve project goals.
- You will manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio, overseeing both contract efforts and internally-developed software products.
- You will provide executive oversight for the full lifecycle of software systems, from development and integration to deployment and sustainment.
- You will ensure software projects comply with organizational policies for cybersecurity, software assurance, and configuration management.
- You will align engineering execution with strategic priorities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve system integration and capability delivery.
