STEP INTO YOUR NEW ROLE
As an HVAC Helper, you learn the ropes of how to install and replace various heating and cooling equipment, including ductwork, attic or vertical splits, and rooftop package units. You keep your company vehicle in good working order and stocked with the necessary parts and tools. You also work closely with dispatch to ensure schedules are followed and any delays are promptly communicated.
Designing duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency is part of your skillset, and engaging in conversations with homeowners to uncover their needs opens up opportunities for potential accessory sales or system replacements. Attentively, you generate accurate customer invoices. Your eagerness to learn and ability to connect with customers sets you apart!
