Door to Door Marketing Representative

As a Proximity Marketing Agent, you will work in assigned neighborhoods engaging homeowners face-to-face. You'll educate them on Renewal by Andersen products, identify interest, and schedule free in-home consultations. This role is performance-driven, supported by structured training, coaching, and leadership focused on growth and results.

Your Role
Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
Educate customers on Renewal by Andersen products and services
Set qualified in-home consultation appointments
Track daily activity and performance metrics
Work closely with leadership to improve skills and results
Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand professionally
Requirements
Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation
Ability to work evenings and some weekends
Interest in sales, marketing, or career advancement
No prior sales experience required (paid training provided)
Pay Information
Peoria, IL: $16/hour + performance-based bonuses
Performance bonuses are paid regularly and reward consistency and results. Top performers routinely earn above base pay.
