Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related area, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or healthcare industry
3 years of experience in a customer service role
Experience in critical thinking, prioritization, and relationship building
Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
