Dedicated support from our Leadership Team As part of TES, full-time employees enjoy : health, dental, and vision insurance as well as a $25,000 life and AD&D insurance policy (if eligible). generous paid time off with up to 2 weeks of paid vacation, 13 paid holidays, and 6 paid sick days. retirement plan and medical and dependent flexible spending accounts. up to $2,500 in educational assistance. employee referral bonuses access to free employee assistant programs (EAP) 24 / 7. working with a team of dedicated professionals with a desire to make an impact in the lives of at-risk individuals. ongoing professional development and professional growth opportunities both in-house and up to $300 in CEU reimbursements. provide direct care to clients in a clinic, school, and / or home setting. learn specialized behavior approaches and implement behavioral strategies under the guidance of a case supervisor. support clients using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). help to improve students' communication skills, social skills, play skills, motor skills, self-help skills, school readiness skills, and self-management skills. maintain accurate records through daily documentation of student progress and adherence to prescribed behavior plan. work collaboratively with the client’s parent, teacher, and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions. schedule regular community visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness. provide parent training and education as needed. make observations, collect data, and chart progress. coordinate visits to overlap with members of the direct care team to observe sessions. provide coaching and clinical support. review data and reports submitted by the direct care team, and update individualized programs to assure programs reflect each child’s development and progress towards identified goals. keep office personnel updated with pertinent documentations for each child. communicate with caregivers, the program team, physicians and other health care providers, as appropriate. complete Employee Evaluation and Employee Improvement Plan for each assigned supervisor(s) by their anniversary due date (Paycom). auditing of all direct reports’ schedules for mandated breaks and correct service minutes being implemented. Master's degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field Strong background in applying principles of ABA At least 2 year of experience working with students with special needs Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ A current TB Test Reliable transportation and hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25 / 50k liability coverage) Environmental & Physical Qualifications : Assigned work environments vary from site to site and may require services to be provided in a distance learning / therapy model. The work environment is usually comprised of several adults and children in a classroom, clinic, or campus facility with supervisors traveling to multiple sites / clinics. Due to varied work environments, an employee may encounter noise levels that are moderate to loud. significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and / or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and / or crawling. It should also be noted that working with students on a variety of cognitive and developmental levels also may include working with students / clients that may engage in behavior such as but not limited to : physical aggression such as hitting self or others, biting, and scratching. SALARY RANGE :
- $27.50 -$30.88 / hr
- Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing / certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).
