Restaurant Manager Requirements :

Restaurant Manager Qualifications :

  • Understand profit and loss statements
  • Big picture viewpoint - but can manage to the details
  • Must be very guest focused
  • Foodservice background

    • Restaurant Manager Compensation :

  • $55-65k in salary based on experience
  • 15% bonus paid quarterly if KPIs are met
