Detailed Job Description:

Title: CAD Facilities Drafter

Location: Philadelphia PA 19103

Duration: 09 Months (Possible Extension)

Pay Rate: $39-$41/HR on W2 without PTO (Paid time off)

Work authorization: US citizen/Green card/EAD

Shift: 1st

Position Requirements:

• Update electric and gas facility maps using Microstation, IrasB, and GIS (G\Tech).
• Utilize Asset Suite 8 to research affected documents (pending map updates) with all associated ECs (engineering changes).
• Verify as-built information to ensure accuracy and integrity of prints.
• Maintain all CAD drawings for PECO Electric Construction Standards.

Top 3 Skills Needed:

• GTech Experience
• Microstation Connect
• CAD drafting

Candidate MUST Haves:

• Ability to read and interpret construction standards
• CAD drafting experience
• Utility drafting background

Years of Experience:

• 1 5 years

Education:

• CAD Design Technical degree

Specific Experience:

• Update electric and gas facility maps using Microstation, IrasB, and GIS (G\Tech)

Deal Breaker:

• No previous experience working on utility maps
