Key Responsibilities
Guide prospective students through their education journey via inbound and outbound communications
Manage inquiries and leads using a CRM system with accuracy
Communicate program details and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
Strong organizational skills with multitasking abilities
