A company is looking for a Senior Private Client Placement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor PCS Marketing Specialists while ensuring quality marketing practices

Lead the quoting and placement of complex New Business submissions and maintain a personal book of responsibilities

Cultivate relationships with underwriters and serve as a liaison between producers and carriers

Required Qualifications

5+ years' experience in Private Client insurance marketing or placement

Proven leadership experience in a brokerage or agency setting

Deep knowledge of High-Net-Worth carriers

Valid P&C broker's license

College degree preferred; industry designations strongly preferred
