Overnight Baker
The Market in the Square is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Bakery department as an Overnight Baker.

Responsibilities:
Produce various baked goods by following set recipes and department standards
Mix, measure, cut, roll, press, proof, bake, fry, fill and frost bakery products as necessary
Maintain clean, safe and sanitary bakery area and equipment
Ensure stocking and rotation of all bakery products and supplies
Utilize equipment, such as ovens, mixers, sheeters, fryers, scales, slicers and wrappers
What We're Looking For:
Previous baking experience is preferred
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Physical Requirements:
Requires standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire workday
The ability to lift, stack, and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs
Weekend and holiday work will be required; flexible hours

Ability to perform repetitious activities
Ability to operate equipment; including, but not limited to, ovens, mixers, sheeters, fryers, scales and slicers
Requirements:
Previous baking experience preferred
Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures
Repetitive arm and hand movements; bending, carrying, and lifting
Requires transferring product either horizontally or vertically of up to 50 pounds
Weekend, evening, and holiday work will be required; flexible store assignments and hours
Must be 18 years of age or older
