Yard Tech

Position Summary

The Yard Tech plays a crucial role in the efficient and safe operation of the yard, supporting the maintenance and deployment of cranes. This role extends support to both the Dispatch and the Fleet Services Team through directed assignments. These assignments encompass various yard tasks and maintenance responsibilities, while also supporting teams at the job sites with needed deliveries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

• Yard Operations

Organize and maintain the layout of the shop and yard to optimize cleanliness, space, and accessibility.

Maintain work order's structure and completion.

Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and guidelines.

Work closely with other technicians, operators, mechanics, dispatch, and management to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and safety standards.
