A company is looking for a People Relations Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of employee relations and partner with leaders to address and resolve employee issues
Provide education and counsel to leaders and team members on team member relations and performance-related conversations
Conduct research on HR policies and employment issues, making recommendations for changes based on analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related field required
Five years of human resource administration experience, including three years in employee relations
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of business policy and employment laws
Experience with dispute resolution and investigation techniques
