This position typically pays $14 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and shift differential pay for overnight or weekend shifts depending on location and experience. Customer Service Associates are responsible for providing customer service, handling transactions, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, assisting customers with finding products, processing returns, helping with photo printing services, assisting with online order pickups, and maintaining store cleanliness. Employees must follow Walgreens customer service policies, cash handling procedures, and store operational guidelines.
