Commercial Real Estate Evaluation Reviewer

As a Commercial Real Estate Evaluation Reviewer in our RETECHS department you will review all types of commercial real estate evaluations completed by independent third-party evaluation vendors. These evaluations are used by bank personnel for collateral value documentation. Your responsibilities also include making recommendations regarding the validity of these reports and ensuring that all compliance conditions for evaluations are met. In addition, there is continuous collaboration with business line personnel that RETECHS supports. The evaluation reviewer is the liaison between the evaluators and the business lines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically more than six years of applicable commercial real estate valuation experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. State Real Estate Appraiser certification. Successful completion of advanced appraisal courses offered by the Appraisal Institute. Thorough knowledge of legal requirements regarding real estate appraisals and the use of evaluation reports. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications, word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.

Location expectations: This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
