Job description

divh2Front Desk Attendant/h2pWe are in search of a Front Desk Attendant that will play a key role in the success of this hotel. If you are experienced, innovative, tenacious, and ready to make your mark we want to hear from you./ppThis position reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for the following:/ppstrongDuties:/strong/pulliGreeting checking in guests./liliHandling guest requests./liliAnswering internal/external calls./liliTaking reservations over the phone./liliRunning shift reports balancing cash drawers./liliProperly executing daily closing reports./liliAssisting other departments with guest needs including communicating issues to department supervisor./li/ulpThe duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The associate is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. The associate may frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
