divh2Recruiting Assistant/Processor/h2pThe Recruiting Assistant/Processor supports the recruiting department by managing application tracking, onboarding processes, and administration functions. The role ensures a seamless experience for new hires and maintains compliance with Cajuns policies and procedures./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliGreet and welcome guests and applicants upon arrival/liliAnswer, screen, and forward incoming calls/liliGuide applicants to apply online and assist them at the receptionist kiosks/liliProvide accurate information in person, via phone, and email./liliManage applicant tracking and onboarding/liliReview and approve new hire and rehire submissions/liliMaintain employee records such as the employees hiring and termination information/liliEnsure timely completion and compliance of all onboarding documents/liliScan and upload all onboarding paperwork and documentation into Cajuns HRIS system/liliFollow up with candidates to complete required documentation/liliNotify the recruiting team of any onboarding issues or delays/liliServe as a liaison between candidates, recruiting, payroll, and HR for onboarding and termination documentation/liliCoordinate new hire orientations with candidates, the recruiting team, and trainers/liliAssist with internal audits and monthly compliance tracking/liliProvide support to the recruiting team as needed/liliSchedule Safety Council courses for current and new employees/liliSend out jobsite arrival emails/liliSend out jobsite arrival text to all employees/liliCoordinate drug screens and physicals for current and new employees/liliUpload required documents to P-Vault/liliPerform Assistant Recruiter duties as needed/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED required/liliStrong organizations and communication skills/liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines/liliExperience with HRIS systems is a plus/liliExperience in HR administration or recruiting support preferred/liliProfessional demeanor and customer service orientation/li/ulh3Physical/h3ulliOccasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds/liliRegularly required to talk or hear/liliFrequently required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms/liliSubject to repetitive use of hands/arms/liliOccasionally required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, use hands and fingers to handle and feel/liliVision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus/liliWill need to be able to perform sedentary work/li/ulh3Mental/h3ulliMust have the ability to direct others and communicate effectively with other management/supervision/liliTalking and reading writing comprehension is necessary for giving and receiving directions to perform work and/or safety policy/liliAbility to use math/complete calculations/liliMust be able to concentrate amid distractions and remember details/liliAbility to use computer, keyboard, telephone and other office devices/liliBilingual in English and Spanish a plus/li/ul/div
