Vehicle Equipment Installer
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Equipment Installer to join our team. This role involves installing cabinets, drawers, ladder racks, and other equipment into a variety of vehicles, primarily Ford models such as F-150, and Mavericks. You will utilize several power tools to complete assembly builds, with all necessary tools provided by the company.
Responsibilities
- Install cabinets, drawers, ladder racks, and other equipment in vehicles.
- Utilize power tools to complete assembly builds.
- Ensure precise installation with great attention to detail.
- Work in various physical positions, which may include bending and lifting.
- Maintain a positive attitude and consistent attendance.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Experience in assembly and upfitting processes.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: Safety Glasses, Steel Toe shoes, and Ear Plugs.
- Wear Jeans or work material pants for safety.

Work Environment
The work environment includes two climate-controlled and clean facilities, one located in Subtropolis. You will work alongside a team of approximately 10-20 individuals per line, with 1-3 individuals at a given station. The company provides all necessary tools and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work experience.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
