We repair minor damage to surfaces like floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, elevator panels almost everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. This role offers the opportunity to flex your creative problem-solving skills to address a range of 1-hour-or-less repairs.

A day in the life of a Surface Experts Technician includes:

• Visiting 4 or more customers daily
• Completing jobs on-site, providing top tier customer service and follow-up
• Serving diverse clients from varying industries, including property management companies, hotels, moving services, and construction firms
• Customer service and communication
• Providing extraordinary customer service to property management staff and tenants
• Maintaining records of work progress and relevant notes within our CRM/Dispatch system
• Resolving questions or issues by communicating with the support team
• Performing repairs by understanding our exclusive 5-step process
• Using every tool in your customized tool-kit
• Creatively repairing damage by problem-solving

Requirements:

• Hands-on work experience possibly in construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobbies.
• The ability to accurately identify, match, and recreate colors is crucial, as color matching is a key aspect of our work.

We offer:

• Pay range of $21 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Direct track to Surface Repair Technician with pay raise following successful training completion
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
• Paid holidays and paid time off
• Weekly team meetings with breakfast provided

Hiring process:

• Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants
• Within 48 hours: We'll schedule an in-person interview
• Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete, and we celebrate your first day with a team lunch

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
