The project entails defining the approach leveraging existing applications in our environment to accurately identify clients covered per Regulatory Body. Essential duties and responsibilities He/she/they will: • Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and other elicitation techniques with various stakeholders (business users, subject matter experts, technical teams) to gather comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements. • Analyze and document current-state ("as-is") business processes • Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Requirements, Functional Specification and process flow diagrams • Translate high-level business needs into detailed, unambiguous, and testable requirements specifications • Critically evaluate information gathered, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business needs • Partner with local and Head Office IT teams to understand system capabilities, features, limitations • Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical leads to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements and strategic objectives. • Participate in design sessions and provide input from a business perspective. • Review and validate technical designs and prototypes against documented requirements. • Define solution proposals based on information gathered from system SME’s taking into consideration system capabilities, features and functionality available and used by other platforms • Drive project deliverables managing timelines, and proactively resolving blockers • Escalate issues impacting the project in a clear concise and timely manner • Liaise with local and AMER compliance members on projects ensuring that subject matter experts and stakeholders are appropriately engaged • Make recommendations to improve effectiveness and overall process efficiency • Provide clear and concise project reporting to USIT management #LI-DH2 PRO038 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
