Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for a company located in Norman. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, maintaining spreadsheets, assisting with office tasks, filing, data entry, and general administrative support.

Essential Job Functions:

• Answer phones
• Input data accurately into systems
• Maintain organization and attention to detail
• Assist with office tasks and filing
• Support team with various office duties
• Proficient with Word and Excel

Pay: $18.00/HR

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience
• Experience with data entry
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
