THE OPPORTUNITY

Chipotle is expanding rapidly—we open a new restaurant every two days! As an Apprentice, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants, learning what it takes to lead a successful business, hire and train exceptional team members, and contribute to our growth. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

A friendly and enthusiastic attitude

Understanding of business operations including P&L management, food safety, and staffing

A commitment to overseeing the preparation of safe and delicious food while keeping the restaurant clean and organized

A passion for developing leadership skills and supporting team growth

The ability to provide an exceptional guest experience

Previous experience in a restaurant environment

Proficiency in the primary language(s) used in the workplace

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The estimated base pay range for this position is $20.40-$22.69. You may also qualify for quarterly cash bonuses based on performance and other criteria. The actual compensation may vary depending on your skills, experience, and education.
