This Role Ensures That All Sales Processes, Training, Accountability Measures, And Performance Standards Are Consistently Implemented And Aligned With The Company's Growth Goals.
Serving As A Key Partner To The Senior Director Of Sales, Marketing & Business Development, The Director Focuses On Building A High-Performing, Data-Driven Sales Organization That Embodies Ram Jack's Culture Of Integrity, Excellence, And Customer Commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead And Coach Senior Managers, Team Leads, And Project Managers To Achieve Individual And Regional Sales Targets.
- Foster A High-Performance Sales Culture Built On Accountability, Consistent Follow-Up, And A Focus On Customer Satisfaction.
- Identify And Develop Emerging Leaders And Future Managers Within The Sales Organization.
- Conduct Regular Performance Reviews, Training Sessions, And Goal-Setting Meetings To Reinforce Standards And Celebrate Wins.
Sales Process & Performance Management
- Ensure Consistent Execution Of Ram Jack's Sales Process, Software Utilization, And Lead Follow-Up Standards Across All Regions.
- Monitor And Analyze Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Sales Metrics Including Appointments, Close Ratios, Revenue, And Margins And Implement Corrective Actions Where Needed.
- Partner With The Senior Director To Establish And Manage Sales Goals, Forecasts, And Performance Incentives.
- Support Continuous Improvement Through Field Ride-Alongs, Coaching, And Real-Time Feedback.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Work Cross-Functionally With Quality Control And Production Leadership To Ensure Smooth Handoffs From Sales To Installation.
- Provide Consistent Communication And Performance Updates To The Senior Director.
- Share Best Practices Between Markets To Drive Overall Company-Wide Sales Excellence.
Field Engagement
- Spend Approximately 30% Of Time In The Field Conducting Ride-Alongs, Mentoring Project Managers, And Supporting Regional Sales Efforts.
- Evaluate Regional Performance Trends, Market Opportunities, And Customer Feedback Firsthand.
