Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client, a leading company in the industrial supply and equipment sector, is seeking a reliable and detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing finance team. This organization supports major manufacturing and production companies nationwide, offering a stable environment with strong career-growth potential.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoice generation, payment posting, and account reconciliation

Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding customer balances

Work closely with customers to resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and short payments

Perform cash applications and maintain accurate AR records in SAP

Support month-end close processes, including reporting and reconciliation tasks

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and operations to ensure accurate billing

Assist with credit reviews and account maintenance

Qualifications :

1–3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience

SAP experience required

Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage collections professionally

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high transaction volume

Proficiency in MS Excel and strong overall systems aptitude
