[job_card.job_description]3–5 years as a Project Engineer, preferably from the concrete subcontracting industry (e.g., Barmell, Largo, JT Wimsatt) Strong knowledge of structural concrete and tilt‑ups Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Experience with industrial / commercial construction Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; project management tools a plus Two onsite interview rounds with the PE / PM team.
We are seeking a Project Engineer with strong structural concrete and tilt‑up experience to support large commercial and industrial projects such as distribution centers, warehouses, and automotive facilities.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, plans, soils reports, and project documents
- Support preconstruction : plan reviews, takeoffs, bid prep, and document gathering
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, offering technical solutions
- Assist with estimating and project management tasks
- Coordinate with field teams and concrete subcontractors
- Maintain project documentation and utilize Microsoft Suite for reporting
