Job Description:
Supply Chain Planning domain experience in one or more Manufacturing Sub-Verticals - automotive, aerospace, industrial, process manufacturing.
Prefer prior experience with Business Consulting arms of companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro etc.
Experience as a solution architect / functional consultant in one or more COTS Planning Solutions: Kinaxis, Anaplan, o9, BY, SAP IBP, Oracle SCP Cloud etc.
Prefer 2 or more COTS solution implementations experience in Solution design and user acceptance testing. End to End complex implementation experience is an added advantage.
APICS CSCP or other Industry standard certifications preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Consulting engagements independently, Client stakeholder management at multiple levels and successfully deliver engagements at client locations (Travel as needed, about 75% of time.)
Ability to define transformation strategy and roadmap, Business Process Harmonization, Requirements baselining and solution Fit-Gap assessment. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and convert them to qualified leads.
Work closely with business and IT to model, design, develop and deploy supply chain planning solutions.
Lead Go-To-Market & Thought Leadership initiatives.
Conceptualize and develop Solutions & Offerings and create reusable assets & frameworks.
