As a Sr. Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer programs. You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex customer programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program performance. In this role, your impact will be comprehensive, encompassing strategic direction, program execution, team leadership, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and program growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of customer programs, which, in turn, can contribute to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.
