Foreclosure Sales Processor
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for two Foreclosure Sales Processor roles in Phoenix, AZ. This position supports high-volume foreclosure caseloads by ensuring all required documentation, calculations, and compliance steps are completed accurately and within required timelines. The role is best suited for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Process and monitor foreclosure accounts through internal and vendor systems
- Complete pre-foreclosure reviews to confirm statutory compliance requirements
- Audit bid figures and foreclosure-related calculations for accuracy
- Calculate foreclosure fees, costs, and related financial components
- Review default status changes and servicing updates
- Evaluate repayment plans, trial plans, denial letters, and payment histories
- Ensure documentation aligns with servicing and investor guidelines prior to sale
- Conduct SCRA searches and review results
- Process foreclosure postponements as needed
- Monitor servicer systems for sale clearance approvals
- Maintain adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Review title and foreclosure documentation
- Track daily assignments and ensure completion within deadlines
- Support additional projects as assigned by management
