Salary : $70,000-$90,000 per year

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and consolidate intercompany financials in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting and optimizing liquidity.
• Provide actionable insights through financial analysis to support decision-making by senior management.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 30am 5 : 30pm,1 hour lunch break between 12 : 30-1 : 30
