The Utility Building Engineer performs general building engineering duties.

Essential Functions :

• General cleaning of engineering spaces.
• Cleaning and / or painting of non-operating mechanical equipment which has been shut down, locked out and tagged by a Journeyman Engineer.
• Perform general labor as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief
• Preventative maintenance of all assigned areas.
• Assist Journeymen Engineers whenever needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
