Role:- Scrum Master (Agile)
• Location: 100% onsite in Peoria, IL (
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Scrum team using strict Agile methodology
• Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, standups, and sprint reviews
• Drive team accountability, track metrics, and provide leadership updates
• Ensure delivery of committed sprint goals
Must-Have Skills
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with hands-on delivery background
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA dashboards/work item management
• Scrum certifications preferred
Candidate Notes
• PM background acceptable if candidate has strong Scrum/Agile experience
• Scrum Master title alone is not sufficient without practical experience
• Senior-level candidates highly preferred
Additional Notes
• Candidates must relocate at their own expense if non-local
• Must be onsite 5 days/week from Day 1
• Minimal to no travel expected
