[job_card.job_description]A Georgia Journeyman or Master License (or ability to get one) 3+ years experience in service plumbing not just new construction Solid skills in diagnostics, repipes, water heaters, gas piping, and customer service A clean driving record and current driver's license Ability to pass drug screens and background checks Physical ability to lift 70+ lbs, climb ladders, and crawl under a house without complaining A team mindset, a clean appearance, and pride in doing the job right Top Pay : $26$40 / hr to start (based on experience & licensing) Clear Bonus Program : hit your goals, earn transparent performance-based bonuses no fine print SPIFF Program : extra cash for selling upgrades (water heaters, recirc pumps, leak detection, etc.) Helper Support : access to a helper when the job requires it and dedicated helpers for top-producing techs Career Path : proven training program + licensing / CEU support move up in pay and responsibility fast Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match 40 hours PTO after probationary period, continually accruing 40 hours PTO on each anniversary. What Youll Actually Be Doing :
- Running a fully-stocked truck with everything you need to diagnose and fix residential plumbing problems
- Tackling water heater installs (tank and tankless), gas lines, slab repairs, urinal repairs, and fixture repairs / replacements
- Providing honest, straightforward options and excellent customer service
- Keeping your truck, paperwork, and job sites clean, safe, and professional
- Working closely with dispatch and office staff that actually has your back
- Helping us raise the bar in quality, professionalism, and team culture
