Senior Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Designer to lead creative initiatives for a nonprofit organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce a variety of engaging materials, including signage, promotional items, and social media content

Develop innovative merchandise ideas and create vector art that aligns with the brand's illustration style

Manage project needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director with a strong portfolio

Exceptional proficiency in vector art and illustration, particularly in merchandise design

Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Strong understanding of print specifications and experience preparing print-ready files

Ability to work independently and manage projects from inception to completion
