divh2Technical Manager / h2pCWS seeks a Technical Manager to provide technical oversight for the U.S. Customs and Border Protections (CBP) Network Operations Center (NOC) contract NOC. The Technical Manager provides technical oversight for network infrastructure operations, modernization, and performance improvements across the CBP enterprise. / ppDuties Responsibilities : / pulliLead Tier 2 technical teams supporting enterprise network infrastructure. / liliManage performance optimization, tool integration, and architecture enhancement. / liliOversee software updates, patch management, and release documentation. / liliServe as the primary technical advisor to the Program Manager. / liliReview system logs, analyze trends, and recommend technical solutions. / li / ulpRequired Qualifications : / pulliBachelors degree in Information Technology or Engineering. / lili6+ years in senior-level network engineering or architecture. / liliCCNP or equivalent certification. / liliProven leadership and troubleshooting expertise. / li / ulpPreferred Qualifications : / pulliCCIE and ITIL v3 certifications. / liliDHS or Federal enterprise experience. / li / ulpPlace of Performance : / pulliSpringfield and Ashburn, VA (with possible travel to Orlando, FL, and other CBP facilities). / li / ulpClearance : / pulliMust have favorably passed a full five (5) year background investigation (BI) required by CBP policies and procedures for employment prior to beginning work with CBP. / li / ulpComputer World Services is an affirmative action and equal employment opportunity employer.
