Job description
Part-Time Program Coordinator Memory Training Centers of Florida — Administrative Team🕐 25 hours/week | ☀️ Flexible mornings or afternoons
About the RoleWe're looking for an organized, people-focused professional to join our administrative team as a Part-Time Program Coordinator. You'll play a key support role working alongside our clinical and administrative staff to help keep our growing practice running smoothly — and help ensure every senior we serve receives attentive, coordinated care.
What You'll Do
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Maintain and update patient information in spreadsheets and electronic files with accuracy and care
  • Organize and maintain patient records and program files
  • Answer phones and assist with general program support as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through on multiple tasks
  • Warm, friendly communicator who puts patients and families at ease
  • Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-growing practice
  • Experience with patient scheduling or healthcare coordination is a strong plus
