Pay Range: $48,000 - $55,000, with $10,000+ Potential Incentive Compensation

Join Us! As the Kitchen Operations Manager, your mission is to inspire and lead a team committed to exceptional guest experiences through high-quality food service. You will play a crucial role in the synergy between staff and guests, focusing on operational excellence and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated kitchen team.
• Promote team unity and a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with hospitality teams for a seamless service experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage food cost, inventory, and labor productivity.
• Evaluate and guide kitchen staff performance.
• Participate in food preparation and service as needed.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Engage in professional development to further restaurant management knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; culinary degree preferred.
• Previous kitchen management experience in casual dining preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with team members.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Direct Reports: Supervisors, Trainers, Kitchen team members, and all employees when the immediate supervisor is not on the premises.
