Staff Accountant

Position Overview:
This role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, payroll support, and assisting with month-end close processes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage accounts payable and receivable
● Reconcile bank and credit card statements
● Maintain the general ledger
● Assist with payroll and tax filings
● Support month-end and year-end close processes
● Prepare reports for management as needed
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of accounting experience
● Proficient in QuickBooks Online
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Excellent communication and time management abilities
● Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
