A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead technical architecture and team development in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for scalable solutions in Go and Kubernetes

Ensure code quality through participation in design and code reviews, setting standards for technical excellence

Mentor and manage a team of Senior Software Engineers, focusing on their growth and navigating technical challenges

Required Qualifications

Deep expertise in Kubernetes internals and production-grade engineering experience, ideally with Go

3+ years of management experience leading high-performing backend teams

Ability to foster a "Builder Mindset" among engineers while providing guidance without micromanaging

Cognitive flexibility and openness to feedback for continuous improvement

Experience in open-source contributions and familiarity with AI infrastructure is a plus
