Clinical Research Business Analyst

Piper Companies is looking for a Clinical Research Business Analyst to join our team supporting clients in the life sciences and clinical research industry in a hybrid role located in Raleigh, NC. The ideal Clinical Research Business Analyst will focus on bridging business needs with IT solutions, leveraging AI tools and Veeva Systems to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities for the Clinical Research Business Analyst:

• Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Collaborate with IT teams and clinical operations to optimize workflows and ensure seamless technology adoption.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to streamline documentation, analysis, and reporting processes.

Qualifications for the Clinical Research Business Analyst:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Experience with Veeva Systems and clinical trial processes.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for business analysis tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Compensation/Benefits for the Clinical Research Business Analyst:

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually (depending on experience).
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave (if required by law), and Holidays.
