Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Validate scope, create development plans, and deliver on assigned technical projects. Apply specialized knowledge in cross-functional areas, legacy modernization, and integration tasks

Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced COBOL Developer with at least 6 years of hands-on development experience in a Linux / Unix environment . The ideal candidate will be proficient in COBOL programming, relational databases (preferably Oracle), and have exposure to modern integration methods such as SOAP or REST APIs using XML / JSON . Experience with C programming and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS is a strong plus.
Candidates needs to have :
- 6+ years of COBOL development experience in Unix / Linux environments
- Strong experience with relational databases , preferably Oracle
- Proficiency in Unix / Linux command-line tools and shell scripting
- Familiarity with SOAP / REST APIs and data interchange using XML / JSON
- Exposure to C programming
- AWS or any cloud platform experience (preferred but not mandatory)
