We’re partnering with a hip, modern restaurant in NYC that’s looking for a hands-on Service Manager with a genuine passion for hospitality, floor leadership, and guest experience. The Opportunity
As Service Manager, you’ll be a visible leader during service, setting the tone on the floor and working closely with the team to deliver warm, polished, and consistent hospitality. The restaurant offers a collaborative culture, clear structure, and real opportunities for growth as the business continues to evolve.
What You’ll Do
Lead service with a hands-on, guest-forward approach
Be actively present on the floor—touching tables, supporting staff, and managing flow
Train, coach, and motivate the FOH team to deliver exceptional service
Oversee day-to-day FOH operations, scheduling, and service standards
Partner with ownership and leadership to improve systems and guest experience
Help foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant General Manager in NYC
Strong passion for hospitality and customer experience
Confident, calm, and polished presence on the floor
Team-oriented leader who leads by example
Desire to grow within a modern, forward-thinking restaurant group
Compensation & Benefits
$80,000–$95,000 base salary , based on experience
