Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 SDRs, driving accountability and performance
Own pipeline generation metrics and daily activity tracking
Partner with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and improve conversion
Required Qualifications
2-5+ years in SDR / BDR or Inside Sales
2-3+ years managing SDR teams
Proven success driving outbound pipeline
Strong coaching and performance management skills
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
