ENTRY LEVEL Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications.
• Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.
• Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in the process of obtaining.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and analysis.
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS).
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
