Business Analyst - Senior

Provide a short description of the Position: Provide CONNECTIONS support for , users statewide.

Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Provide day-to-day CONNECTIONS user support, provide guidance to Implementation Specialists, coordinator with OCFS regional office staff to develop a long-term training package, assist in meeting federal performance benchmarks, support data quality and work with counties on complete and timely data requirements for federal reporting. Assist with the writing and development of tip sheets, review training materials, assist with the analysis and requirement gathering phases of projects and change request. Provide data to counties and agencies to assist with operational analysis.
