Senior Systems Engineer (Salesforce DevOps)

Job Description

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Salesforce DevOps to lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce DevOps practices. This role is ideal for an experienced technologist who combines deep Salesforce platform expertise with a passion for automation, scalability, and team enablement.

You will be responsible for designing and managing the end-to-end release pipeline, ensuring high-quality, secure, and efficient deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs. You’ll work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to drive DevOps maturity, enforce best practices, and foster a culture of continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

DevOps Strategy & Leadership

• Execute and evolve the Salesforce DevOps roadmap, aligning with enterprise engineering and business goals.
• Champion automation across build, test, and release processes to improve velocity and reliability.
• Lead the group’s support for Salesforce triannual releases, integrating routine compliance and maintenance cadences.
