Job Description
Our law firm is seeking an attorney to assist our firm with creditor litigation. You will represent financial institution clients in legal proceedings, draft legal pleadings and documents, advise clients on legal matters, handle settlement negotiations and take on other assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court
Prepare and draft legal pleadings and documents
Negotiate settlements
Qualifications:
License/Certification: Admission to Texas State Bar (Preferred)
Familiar with Texas Rules applicable to civil litigation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle high volume
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year. Salary commensurate with experience.
