Responsibilities :

In the role of ServiceNow Application Administrator, we'll count on you to :

• Perform administration of production application systems under the direction of more senior staff including ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, SAMPro, SPM, CMDB, etc.).
• Conduct technology implementation tasks under the direction of higher-level technical and managerial staff.
• Provide problem resolution of production application systems.
• Complete service requests related to assigned systems and ServiceNow workflows.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for production application systems including resolving ServiceNow incidents and requests.
• Research, review and analyze system modifications / patches / upgrades for applicability to assigned systems and ServiceNow platform updates.
• Produce and maintain system documentation.
• Assist with creating, testing, and deployment of new products, upgrades, and patches in ServiceNow (update sets and migration processes).
• Coordinate with Application Managers and product stakeholders.
• Occasionally work after-hours and weekends to complete special assignments, changes, or incident responses.
• Occasionally travel for operational requirements.
• Perform other duties as needed.
